1. Are you manufacturer?
Ans: Yes, we are factory with more than 20 years manufacturing experience.We have our own 15000m2 factory and one share-controlled company for manufacturing rubber hose.We welcome you to visit our factory and arrange person to inspect product before delivery.
2. What is the terms of payment?
Ans: T/T 30% deposit, T/T 70% before delivery. We'll share the photos of the products and packages along with invoice and packing list.For big order,we can also accept L/C.
3. What is the terms of delivery?
Ans: EXW, FOB, CFR,CIF
4. How about the delivery time?
Ans: We have mold for all models of our hose pump.Generally it takes 7-10 working days after receiving the advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of the order and the requirements of customers.
5. What is the warranty of the machine?
Ans: Our main machine enjoys 1 year warranty, all accessories broken can apply a new one during this time, and we offer video supporting installation ,operation and maintenance.
6. What is your packing like?
Ans: We use standard exporting wooden case.
7. Will you test the goods before delivery?
Ans: Yes, we will test 100% before packing.
